Some people love square cards others prefer DL, I am addicted to these side step cards, this is a double one I made for my nieces birthday

Christmas

I have made this quick christmas card using a freebie from Jaks blog check her great blog out, I added a bit of glitter and a few swirls cut from a small sizzix die.

A little bit of stitching

A stitched candle, the borders are borderabilities classic lace, I borrowed it from a friend and loved it so much I have ordered it

Another side step card

loved making this one, papers from my friend nettie they are by K&Co,I distressed the edges with pink ink pad, magnolia stamp, coloured with watercolour pencils and the rest from my stash

Pearl Wedding

Difficult to see the beautiful embossed pearl card, the two edges are nestabilities frame cut up, words are computer generated, I have added lace, ribbon and pearls

Side step card

When I saw these cards I knew I had to have a go and I have had so much fun with the template. It is made from a single piece of A5 card in white, backed with snowflake backing paper which has been edged with dark blue ink, the snowmen have been glittered with glamour dust but this does not show up.

I think I will change the ribbon later it's a bit dark.

Another flower pot card

I made this one with the dahlia flowers from fred's flower site, the striped paper is freds too, I have embossed the flower pot with the bubbles folder

At last

I am so behind with my blog, I have been making quick cards for the school fair to raise money but got fed up with them so had a little play.

I saw a demo at a craft show using stamp and bond and metalic flakes, I loved it so much I had to part with my money! These are my first attempts, the images are stamped with versamark pads, then I added the heat and bond powder and heated it like embossing powder, this leaves an image that is sticky then you sprinkle the flakes on and brush off the excess.

The flower stamp is by Lavinia and the cross is a papermania one, I stamped the background with my florish set from basic grey, also used my new nestabilities

My nephews birthday card

I cut the train on my craft robo, then added peeloffs and little wheel centres which are from craftwork cards I cut the backing papers from my nestabilities labels set and added the letters Evan which are a free down load from cannon printables

Little pram

Isn't this just the sweetest little pram, it is a free, yes free! LOL download from the very kind Lynn, click here for the link to the template. I am making a few baby things at the ,moment as I am expecting a new niece or nephew, started with my favorite pink things, better do some blue ones now. It looks much nicer than the photo, I have added a bead handle and embossed the pram cover with my cuttlebug and added lace and bows, I will personalise when the time comes

Baby shoes

I printed the gingham design onto my card, then cut the template with my good old craft robo, I added some daisies around the bottom edge, a little button and gem stone, I have added cord to hang them up with a tag and nappy pin. For the box I cut an appeture with my oval nestie and added acetate, I have stamped little footprints inside the box and finished with peeloffs, just need to personalise it when the time comes
